A comprehensive new location authority is created in Airtable, accounting for all historical counties in Scotland, each with its constituent historical parishes. Each parish is linked to its corresponding page at the Statistical Accounts of Scotland website and has an expandable onomastic thesaurus to take into account variations in spelling and naming conventions. -

The database now holds 12,786 entries, with thousands more transcribed and ready for import. This figure reflects the total number of persona records in the base JDB structure used for prosopographical analysis within Dr Layne's thesis. Over 3000 additional persona records were then interpolated from other supplementary databases. -

Over 8000 entries from eleven distinct sources have now been imported into the database structure. All data have been normalised and are up-to-date, with an option of up to forty-five distinct fields for each persona record. -

The entire data set from the three volumes of The Prisoners of the '45 has been entered into the database schema. This accounts for 3471 persona entries.

Papers from the Montrose Muniments at NRS have been catalogued and the transcriptions added to the database. Sample queries are generated to iron out the searching capabilities of the database code. -

Lists of Jacobite prisoners, witness depositions, and trial records from the Treasury Board Papers at the National Archives in Kew are being gathered and collated for entry into the database. -

630 Jacobite soldiers from The Muster Roll of Forfarshire or Lord Ogilvy's Regiment have been entered into the database, including rank, residence, occupation (where known), and other biographical notes. -

The 3-volume The Prisoners of the '45 is the next reference source to be entered and cross-referenced with the first c.3000 names. The schema for all of Rosebery's A List of Persons Concerned in the Rebellion has been collated and biographical notes are currently being added to known personalities. -

All of the 2579 names in Lord Rosebery's A List of Persons Concerned in the Rebellion have been entered into the pre-database schema and are now being compared with Rosebery's Evidences, also within A List of Persons. -
